About Us
After retiring from long, successful careers in the Midwest, Tailz 'er Waggin' Barkery owners, Al and Mary, took to the road with their five dogs, eventually settling in Central Maine. They now have just two dogs – Shelby, a 15-year-old Shi-Poo, and their newest addition, Phoebe, a 5-year-old Bassett Hound.
Al and Mary's love for dogs shows in the quality of their homemade dog treats, which are made with all natural, locally sourced ingredients.

Our History
Tailz ‘er Waggin’ Barkery started as a brick-and-mortar store in the Midwest, specializing in homemade dog and cat treats, accessories, toys and more. Upon retirement, Al & Mary closed the store and hit the road in a motorhome for six years with a total of five dogs. Quite the challenge! Their love for baking treats for their furry friends never ended. Here are some photos of the past.
